I received my first order yesterday. When I went through it the mask and head gear were wrong. I called and explained the problem and found out that there was an office in Fort Collins that I could go to. My first experience was at the Greeley office and it was terrible. I went back two weeks later and was treated the same. I was thinking that I would have to find another company if I had to deal with the nasty young lady at the Greeley office again. When I went to the Fort Collins office I meet a young lady named Emily Bowe. I could not have had a nicer experience. Emily helped me return the wrong mask and ordered the right ones for me. Emily made everything so easy that I could not have been any happier. As long as I can deal with her I will be a customer for ever.

The location was very clean, and all personnel were extremely professional and polite. Brad was very helpful, answered all my questions, and provided much more detail than I asked about. It really was a major difference than my previous experience with Summit.

We have had several pieces of equipment delivered to our home this past year. Always prompt, equipment in good order, and set up done for us. Erick was our technician for every delivery. He has always been courteous and very helpful.

He has always been very attentive and is familiar with the very rural area we recently moved to. Always asking if we need anything supply related. He works very efficiently and quickly and always arrives when he says he will.

Amy Turpin from the Aberdeen, WA branch was SO kind to me. I had one problem after another trying to get in there and battling with my insurance and she was super patient. I'm highly pleased. ~RM
