Excellent. Brian was helpful, answered all of my questions. He was pleasant. I felt at ease and not like I was in an interview. Explained the machine and screen more and I learned something that I didn’t know. Was not rushed while testing my machine. He followed up by saying if my machine was still not working after a week to please call.

It took Adapt Health three and a half weeks to get my wheelchair to me which was previously ordered by my Primary Care Physician nearly a month ago. I called Adapt Health several times inquiring about the whereabouts of my chair & was told it was still processing. Finally I asked for a manager & learned my order was never even started. I had to cancel several Doctor appts., in the meantime because I couldn’t get to them without a wheelchair! I hope I never have to deal with this dishonest company again. They caused me many problems as a result of their dereliction of service to patients. I did everything possible to get a wheelchair. My doctors office called them twice & was also told my order was being processed when it was not. Can AdaptHealth be any more irresponsible? I cannot walk! It’s been nearly a Month & I still don’t have the wheelchair my doctor ordered through AdaptHealth. I advise you take your business to a legitimate, professional provider who cares about the patients they serve & which acts in a timely manner without lying to the patients & their doctors over & over again. AdaptHealth is the worst company out there. I am living proof. My review is completely honest & Ive written it myself.

Anthony went over everything he brought in and laid out step by step how to use each item and cleaning protocol for the reusable products.

Stephanie made sure we understand the process using the c pap as well as making sure the mask fits properly. She also has checked back with us twice and we really appreciate her care and concern. Tim and Jan Quint
