Jacob, my supplier was awesome in helping me.

Misinformed me to their benefit. Received so many spam emails, (sometimes two a day) that their bills get lost, then sent texts pretending to be the salesperson I originally spoke to. Threatened to send me to collections for a bill they promised me I wouldn't owe. Feels scammy and gross.

As a first time cpap user, I came in with no knowledge about the machine or how to use it.Stephanie is very knowledgable and she taught me a lot. I am no expert now by any means but she helped me a lot and my first night using the machine was calm and peaceful
