If I could give this company a 0 I would. I have a CPAP machine. The company insists I’m not compliant with usage and wants me to pay the entire cost of my machine. My insurance company has called them twice and told them as far as they are concerned I am compliant and authorized. My insurance company has indicated to them they will pay the claim if AdaptHealth submits it. AdaptHealth still insists I am not complaint. They refuse to listen to me and my insurance company. My insurance company can’t figure out why this is happening. I have filed a complaint with the BBB also.

Kyler was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. He was on time for my appointment with him. He was patient when I changed my mind on which mask I'd like to get. I was not happy that my old mask that I had with my old machine would not work with my new machine.

The staff members have been very knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and personable. My interaction with the woman who set up my product delivery and set up was very patient and thorough in addition to the attributes above. The respiratory therapist who did my virtual set up was also very thorough and patient.

Your delivery people are always polite and helpful.
