I have never been so frustrated or disappointed dealing with a company. Ordered cpap supplies multiple times for my husband and then all of a sudden no supplies show up. I called them SIX times and got a different excuse each time. After having my insurance call them for me I just gave up. The worst is they would keep emailing me each time to show the order being placed but would NEVER communicate that there was an issue. So they wasted 3 months of my time!!!!

They replaced the wheelchair which did not fit with a serviceable alternative.

Alex was very hospitable and he was very helpful and even though we had to go back to figure out the mask replacement part because we had no idea when we made it home and he was very helpful.

The delivery people are always very nice and understanding. I’ve always gotten my supplies the next day.

Quick and friendly service with very knowledgeable staff. Stepanie was able to quickly find the answers to my question and fill my order completely with no issues. Far better service than my old provider offered in the past.

Problem was resolved quickly

I am a first time CPAP user. Keene Medical's associate was patient with me as I learned the equipment, it's capabilities and it's maintenance. He encouraged me to try out features of the machine and mask. I was not rushed nor spoken down to. I left my appointment feeling confident in my ability to use the equipment. I felt assured that I would grow accustomed to the mask and would see positive results.
