Please note, a 0 star isn't an option. When I got my machine, the staff was fine. However, the billing department is a joke. They spread out the billing to my insurance over 10 times, which is fine. However, they did not get the pre-auth in order and it was denied. Note this was nearly 2 years ago. It took months to get the machine. They had plenty of time to get the pre-auth in order. They never took the opportunity to work with insurance to straighten out the issue so they would get paid. Just kept filing and getting denied. Then they present me with a bill over a year later. They want my current insurance. Why? The date of service was 2 years ago!! Insurance would pay if Adapt Health would do their part. But they didn't and that's not my fault. My guess is that they have a very high Receivables because Billing has no idea how to do their job.

Everything was explained thoroughly and made sure I understood it to the best of my knowledge. I want to thank everyone for being kind and understanding.

The technician was thoughtful and really took the extra time to explain the machine to my Father. Which made it easier for him to be able to wear his new CPAP!
