Sierra Holland has been instrumental in my success with my ASV machine. I am only 8 weeks in and she has been there every step of the way to offer assistance, bring me new masks, offer encouragement and ideas to help me with adjusting to my treatment. My 1st machine malfunctioned in the middle of the night (twice) and she sat on the phone with RESMED to see if we can get it switched out, and brought me over a new machine and set it up. My 2nd machine didn’t have a modem and I requested a new one and she reached out to her supervisor and made it happen, located one and brought it over and set it up. She has done all this with a smile and even asking me how I am feeling. I can not thank her enough for her positive attitude and wonderful customer service. She is one of a kind and I am so grateful for her and her knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond.

The tech who brought the CPAP machine to me was very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. He took time to answer my questions and explain features of the machine. I’m a newbie so I’ll be starting tonight.
