When I tell someone I need to do payments on my cpap... I dont get the help.. They overdrafted my bank card TWICE without MY permission.. I am not too happy with the billing department. I had to ask them october 13th, 2023 to not take automatic payments because I really couldnt afford it.. They agreed to not take them then this morning I find out that they did it again. All because I want to be healthy

She was very knowledgeable and made sure to ask questions to make sure everything was covered and that I was confident using my machine. She explained everything very well.

Company is great and service is great.

Worse company ever. They take your money for supplies and did not run the insurance for supplies to see if they were covered. They did run it for sleep machine. over 300 dollars. Sent everything back and still no refund
