Could not have been more friendly and professional.

My CPAP machine stopped working over the weekend. On Monday, I was able to explain the problem over the phone, and, on Tuesday- I had an appointment with technician. The visit to technician was very quick. All the issues were solved, and I got an advice on how to avoid future possible problems with the machine. Thanks.

Wasted no time and explained the N20 in a very understandable way. Answered all my questions and was very personable.

I was disappointed that no instruction manual was provided with my new wheelchair. Nor was the office I picked it up at able to give me a receipt at time if purchase. I picked this up for my 83 year old mother who is a double amputee. She needs to know how her new wheelchair functions and have a manual on hand if she has any questions about the product. I was very surprised by the lack of these 2 items. The staff was polite and helpful in getting the wheelchair loaded into my car.

The guy that came to my house today explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, he knows about the company he works for and knows everything about the products he's setting up. Thank you all so much for everything you do, now I can breathe.
