Excellent Customer Service! Allowed me access to a hospital bed post surgery. They delivered it and picked it up a month later. Having the bed was a great help as I was in no condition to climb stairs. Professional and friendly customer service.

All I can say is Use a different provider. Mom Could not be discharged from the hospital because they did not show up with the portable oxygen order all day. And that was after multiple phone calls affirming it was “out for delivery.” The family rented portable oxygen from another supplier the next day just to get mom home. And adept did not show up that day either.

I had just gotten a nebulizerand unfortunately I dropped it breaking the air valve off. Called my local office explaining what happened and they brought me another machine as I have Covid and am in quarantine. Great friendly people terrific service
