ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I was treated to a fourteen minute call with the most passive aggressive representative named Ken. I requested to speak with a supervisor over twenty times and he REFUSED to transfer meHe spoke over me. And when he finally provoked my anger all his condescending responses turned to telling me I was yelling. I've NEVER had such a horrible experience. I was told he would have "Arlene C.", a supervisor call me the same day. NO call. Spare yourself and deal with another company if possible.
