On 01/06/2024, I paid my bill for the amount that was shown on line ($28.70). On 01/08/2024. I get a bill stating I owed ($43.70). I called billing provided them with acct #, invoice #, date of service and DOB. Explained to them that I just received this statement from them. They asked for my address, I told them it was the same one that they sent the statement to. They would not talk to me nor would them transfer me to a supervisor without me giving them my address (which they already had). I was told that this information was required by HIPA (which I have found to be false). I had given them all the information they needed to look into the billing question I had. Extremely poor customer service with regards to answering a basic question about a bill.

Leslie was great explaining the use of my new AirSense 11. My wife was so impressed she is asking her doctor to use this office to fullfill her new CPAP order.
