Good service and fast.

Nicole was exceptional with communicating status of my 90 year old mother’s POC delivery. She was diligent and did exactly what she promised to do. She deserves 5 stars!!!!! AdaptHealth in general, deserves fewer stars. The prescription for the POC was issued 12/26/2023. It was acted upon until 1/3/2024! Multiple attempts were made to clarify your process. Moms PCP even called directly for wording of Rx and where to send it. Yet, it sat for week! Story goes on…. Yet, Nicole was THE bright spot in the transaction.

I went in to office to pick up my cpap machine and Will was so helpful he took the time to go over my cpap machine to help me understand how to use it and also for me to ask any questions I had about it. THANKS AGAIN WILL!!!
