I returned from vacation to find my machine didn't survive the trip. I tried to troubleshoot without success. The scheduler could not get me in for 3 weeks. I expressed my dismay and informed her that I would just bring my machine in and hope for the best. From the moment I arrived I was treated with compassion and understanding of having a non working machine. The ladies did some troubleshooting too with no success. After a brief consultation with each other and checking my records, they decided to swap out mine for one they had on hand. What a relief ! I dreaded not receiving therepy for an extended period of time. Thank you so much,and looking forward to a good night's sleep tonight!
