I was told at doctor's office CPap would be paid off Oct. 2023. I was billed, and paid, TWO MORE times a month because was told that is what is due. The amt was exactly the same. This contradicts their initial statement. I again got an invoice jan 2024 for supplies, because insurance wouldn't pay. I paid. A month later I get another invoice, same amt as supplies, yet I received no supplies. I was told it was a split payment. I wasn't told that when I called a month earlier!!! I have spoken to a total of 3 employees and have gotten diff answers every single time. THE WORST COMPANY I have ever had to deal with. I am getting my supplies elsewhere because of their incompetence.
