Staff were helpful on the phone and when picking up equipment. I needed some flexibility with the pick up location and they were pleasant and accommodating with that also. Thank you!

Th delivery guy was on time and courteous. He set everything up and instructed us on how to use it. He cleaned up and left in about 30 minutes. He did a great job. However, I'm very disappointed that the bed was USED and NOT properly cleaned! I had to clean the rails, frame and especially the remote! My mother's insurance is paying for this bed and we are paying an extra fee for fully electric. After 13 months we will own the bed. Shouldn't we be purchasing a new bed?

Do not use for Dexcom 6 or 7 renewals. They have never met the deadline for receipt of dexcom supplies. Always a week or more before I receive sensors. Not customer focused. They cannot meet Medicare requirements for the medicare dexcom supplier.

I wasn’t able to make my first appointment and had to call to ask if they could reschedule it. They were able to. When I got there I thought I was going to be in a group. It was just me and the employee. Whalen a question it, she said because I wasn’t able to make the first appointment she was able to assist me with on the date I was available. I appreciate that. I was able to return ho e timely. I’m a caregiver for my disabled sister and my granddaughter and or grandson also. Thank you for the help and not making a big deal. She was very good to answer all my questions. She made it clear how important this will be for me and my health. I look forward to using this and get the results needed. Thank you!
