I have nothing but problems with the company. I was without my machine for quite a few days and no one said a word! I was sent masks and head gear that I did not ask for! I was sent the wrong size filters for my machine! Now I tried to set up a payment agreement with my retirement pay and they tell me no I cannot pick the date my payment comes out. I asked to speak to a supervisor but one was not available!!This company is a complete failure!!

CHAZ WAS A GREAT TECH, VERY SWEET AND EFFICIENT.

I was prescribed a tens unit. My husband took the prescription to a local supplier apparently connected w adapt health. He purchased the unit &’paid for it. I continued to get billed & it required several calls-visits to get the matter resolved. I am still not 100% sure I will not get additional billing. Poor management of billing services

The respiratory specialist who visited me today was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. The visit today was a great experience

So far I am not impressed with this company. Every item you need is in a different department. No one from another department can answer your questions mostly because they don’t know the answer. The first time I called I talked six different people and nobody really helped me I just got bounced around. it took weeks for me to get my equipment which I still don’t have all of. That was mostly because they couldn’t get their paperwork in order. My doctors office had to fax them all the information twice. I was told on two different days by two different people that they would be coming to swap my oxygen equipment in place of what I already had from another company. Nobody showed up and I got no phone call or message. I had to go 2 1/2 days without any oxygen supplies because my previous supplier had come and picked up my equipment. Finally, someone else contacted me to say they were bringing my equipment. I must say I was very happy with the service I received from Daniel. He was very courteous, professional, and could actually answer any of my questions. Gave a thorough explanation of how to use my equipment. Had all the proper paperwork, extra tubing and other pieces and made sure I knew where I could find the phone numbers for assistance. Thank you so much Daniel.
