Good communications

Edward really explained to me what I was entitled to as an oxygen client of Adapt Health. He saw that my machine no longer supplied oxygen and made sure I had a new one. I have never received any calls or visits about my oxygen, except twice when concentrators were delivered: when I started service in 2001 and when I got a “new” concentrator 5 or 6 years ago. Edward was told to only get my signature for renewal and no supplies were needed. I am grateful that he talked to me and found that I have been receiving no oxygen from my concentrator for who knows how long, and have never been offered any oxygen supplies at all from Adapt/Pacific Pulmonary.

Great service reliable people, good instruction, and quality products. You can’t ask for anything better.

Very prompt service. Service technicians were friendly, helpful and courteous. The office staff returned my call quickly and arranged the delivery for the same afternoon…within a couple of hours that is. Thanks for quality service!

I agree 1 star is too high. Our local supplier has a local address and phone. Yet every time you call them you are routed to Adapt Health where an “outsourced” person answers. They bully people about non-existent contracts to maintain supplies for CPAP machines that are owned. They make harassing phone calls. I was told by my sleep clinic they receive the least complaints about them. How sad! In my first 99 days of my CPAP and I call to return it. I only have mild apnea and I can’t stand it. I’ve tried two different masks. Instead of being helpful he tries to sell me another new mask. When I make it clear I want to stop usage and return it I’m told I need a “discontinuation prescription” and gives me a fax #. No form. No clue as to which doctor prescribes the discontinuation. Undoubtedly I will continue to get the run around for some time. Use ANYONE else but Adapt Health!!
