I was having trouble with my oxygenator. I called about one o'clock in the afternoon and a technician replaced two o'clock.

I had your CPAP machine for 1 year at no charge. When I changed insurance I started getting charged with not notification I would be. Someone should have let me known to give me the opportunity to cancel.

They were at my house before me waiting ...was just released from hospital.....very professional in informing me on equipment on care and operation of equipment

The technician was very helpful and very patient and polite, and pretty much ask us all our questions, and evening change the machine and also ask me was my nose dried from me having my oxygen in my nose all the time, and I said yes, then he suggested that I put the humidifier on the machine, so I can get better oxygen flow, that ideal was very helpful.

Based on several interactions recently for different, unrelated items, including CPAP replacement gear—- very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable staff. Equipment was delivered on time and properly explained. Do remember that taking the trouble to get a prior appointment (rather than simply walking in) will obviate a lot of frustration. Getting an appointment is quite straightforward — and really easy. Parking is convenient and inexpensive. I am quite satisfied overall.
