David delivered my Dad's hoyer lift. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great phone skills too. He called ahead to tell me the window of time he would be by. And then I also received a text alert indicating exact time of arrival. David took extra special care to be sure I understood how to use the lift and even allowed me to video tape for my own use (not for uploading) to show the other 2 individuals who are part of the care team for Dad. Very grateful for all his help.

Robert was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, completed the work efficiently and answered all questions.
