Hello. My name is Bruce Chavez. I had an appointment with AdaptHealth yesterday, 8-17, at 6 pm, to pick up a C-pap machine that I need to start wearing, to help me with my sleep apnea, and other health issues. This appointment was rescheduled several times because of hospitalization, doctor's appointments, and illness. But, I finally got it picked up last night. I would like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to the young lady that waited in the office til 6 pm, for me to come by and pick up my machine. This young ladie's name was Jolene. She was top notch at her job. Explained everything in thorough, to my wife and I, about how machine operates, and how to go about cleaning it. Had an answer for every question we had. And that was just a handful of questions cause she was so good. AdaptHealth should be proud that Jolene works for them. She stated to us, that she loves her job. And it shows. Thank you AdaptHealth. Thank you Jolene!! I wouldn't be surprised how far you go in this world.
