young man was very knowledgeable about equipment. made me feel very comfortable in using it. that was the 1st madmh. the 2nd tech was jesswho went above and beyond with their knowledge. jess demonstratesd how to use the machine. very very helpful. i knew exactly wat to do for maintenance.
