James made a seperate trip to bring my two week supply of oxygen canisters. Otherwise I would have had to load and haul 20 empty tanks to the Ft Wayne office to exchange. to get me through to next delivery day.

Have been in contact with this company (Burlington nc office) many times regarding a bill that was billed incorrectly. I have talked to several different people and they always say they will call me back but never do. I always have to follow up and they still haven't resolved my issue.
