it’s not my job to provide constructive feedback for your company. I’m done trying to get the doctor ordered equipment that I need to BREATHE from this horrible company ADAPT. I’ve contacted DPH for guidance on where to submit my complaints (7 so far) about your operating practices within the state of Connecticut and guidance on where to submit my complaints at the Federal level. Have the day y’all deserve!

The customer service was amazing, she was kind, attentive, and answered all my questions. She was patient with me as I navigated a handful of emotions related to the financial burden and hardship I'm going to be in. The huge downside is that insurance and my sleep doctors did nothing to inform me of cost, the $200/month was shocking and pretty much unaffordable for me, I wish that part wasn't a surprise but everything to do with Adapt Health was great.
