As soon as I entered, Krystal discussed my problem with me and immediately took my POC and tested it to ensure it was operating properly, which is was. She also advised me on the proper breathing procedures which was very helpful. All-in-all a great experience;

Darren was very polite and explained how my new machine worked and how to get new portable tanks of oxygen when I needed them. He set everything up and took all of the old equipment out. He explained why the new type of equipment is better. Darren called and let me know when he would be here and was on time. He answered all of my questions so that I understood what he was saying.
