XMED and its staff were efficient, super customer-oriented, and kind as my husband was recovering from pneumonia & needed O2 concentrator. In particular, Denise was patient to answer all my questions and persistent to seek the necessary documentation to quickly process the insurance requirements. The delivery was scheduled immediately upon approval, and shout-out to Dre who also patiently and thoroughly led us through a hands-on tutorial of the equipment. Provider was punctual and helped fit the new mask. In additions she took the time to update my records to include my Pulmonologist name.

This company has the most courteous and friendly technicians that do the daily deliveries and the ladies in the office that answer the incoming phone calls are so nice and friendly. We’re so very happy with the service and all the personnel. They are all an asset to their company. We have recommended the company to others in need of oxygen.
