Thanks for everything great job

My health care provider at the sleep center submitted a order for my cpap supplies on 1/24/25 from this company and it's now 3/12/25 and I still haven't received my cpap supplies and I called this place on 3/11/25 and the woman who answered the phone claims that she doesn't see in the system that my provider submitted a order for supplies which is a lie because the same day that my provider submitted my order on 1/24/25 this company sent a text message the same day with the website link to my phone to track my order status and the text message clearly stated that my provider submitted a order for supplies on 1/24/25 and I've been checking there website everyday since January 24,2025 concerning my order status and out of all this time the order status is still saying it's processing every since January 24, 2025 this company is so full of sh**t and there should be others companies to get cpap medical supplies from besides this place, this company is bad business and extremely unprofessional and lacking professionalism and tell lies this place is a joke ! and very disorganized off beat and need to be thoroughly investigated by authorities and permanently shut down.

What’a helpful and educational experience at Cape Medical supplies in Portsmouth NH The gentleman who helped me was wonderful. You are lucky to have him in your company. All you need is correct signage so you can find the place. He said he was working on it. Help him.

Our daughter has been trying to get CPAP supplies since December and it is now March 2025. AdaptHealth for some reason is delaying by claiming that forms were signed, then the signature was blurry or the initials were blurry or they did not get certain forms. The doctor's office has been very patient but can only fax a form so many times . . . So, she is switching companies.

The folks at Adapthealth at 1225 Airport Parkway in South Burlington were very, very helpful in fulfilling our needs. The whole experience was a pleasure and the owner and employee were so very nice. THE BEST!!
