This is the most horrific customer service I've ever had to deal with. I have a difficult time understanding the reps and they keep sending me to different departments. T The billing department had the incorrect information for my insurance The other departments had it correct I keep trying to solve this problem throughout the past year and thought it was solved but it keeps reoccurring I've been on the phone for hours and still I do not get this resolved

Cody Sturgell delivered my bed and set it up. He went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly where I wanted it and knew how to use it. He had to move it several times and did so without hesitation. I am so grateful that I had Cody as my delivery driver. He waited for me to move stuff around so that the bed would fit comfortably for us. Cody made this the best delivery experience I have ever had.

Alisha is awesome! I was having a problem that was due to my own mistake causing delays processing my oxygen order. It had already taken several days (because of my error), but once Alisha called to help she resolved it so quickly and I literally had my oxygen order delivered within two hours.
