Great delivery. Everything was explained clearly and how to use the equipment was provided professionally.

Hospital bed was picked up on the day scheduled at assisted living facility. However the driver arrived several hours later than the time that was notified to be 12:41. So the family who arrived at the appointed time, had to leave at 2, and was no longer present when a different driver arrived later.
