I was told that an item that I've not used and was told would be covered by insurance was not only more expensive than I would have paid outright had I bought it anywhere else, but that if I returned it I would still owe what was due.

How this company stays in business is mind boggling. They do not answer the phones or return calls. Pathetic customer service.
