Walked in without appointment with defective compressor. It was examined and replaced with a new one, no hassle, by Russ. Also returned and received credit for unordered supply of valves. No hassle, by Russ. I was completely satisfied with the service provided by Adapthealth and representative Russ!

Still trying to get supplies. Been calling for weeks. Getting such a run around. Communications is terrible. You get transferred to 3-4 people who all ask the same questions without results.
