The tech was knowledgeable, focussed, and interactive. The task was accomplished in minimal time. Very helpful. (The format of the review almost prevented me from submitting. I don't like to give personal information out, but the tech deserved my support--close call.)

My Tech, Nichole was very nice and patient. She took the initiative to explain the product and made sure that I was comfortable with the product and understood how to use it before I left. The environment was calm and relaxing. Great service!

When Nytica called to say she would be here in 30 mins. I explained that my husband was having a virtual Drs. appointment then. Nytica said no problem I can deliver later in the day if that's ok with you. Nytica kept me informed of what time they would get here. When they arrived they were very professional and pleasant. Exchanged our equipment and made sure it was working correctly. Just a positive encounter all the way around!

From the onset of my impending surgery. This company was on it. Before I received the authorization my walker was scheduled to be delivered. Michael Stephens is the gentleman who delivered the aparatise within the 2 hour window he proposed this morning. He kept me appraised throughout the day regarding delivery time. I received a text with his photo and details which will put all patients at ease. It did me. Michael came in entroduced himself. As he put the walker together he took that opportunity to show my in detail how it is to be used properly, explained how to replace the leg cushions. He then asked me a few questions to assess my cognition & any prospective hassards. I apparently passed as I'm in possession of the aparatise. Michael was extremely thorough, kind and with a smile thanked me and said goodbye.
