In summary: Adapt health customer service is inept, contradictory and unhelpful. Don’t do business with them. One month into my situation I believe I found the one employee that cared and was capable of resolving my issue. Thank you Danielle! Hope you find a better company to work for- they don’t deserve you.

Pleasant and knowledgeable

I called for assistance as our therapist was on vacation. I was immediately set up with someone else and they promptly came to look at our machine. Michele was very friendly and thorough.

Poor office handling of orders we made contact 11pam est and our technician received order 4,:30 pm 30 minutes prior to closing without details, and then then our electric went out horrible day had and experienced by all , perhaps Mayhugh had a better day? June Bringman Shortall
