The guy Dalton that came and gave my husband his equipment was five stars amazing showed him how to use it. Walked around outside with him for a minute. Make sure he was comfortable when it was doing its job and he really won above and beyond and we really appreciate that thank you. Will be referring you in the future.

Marcus called and left a voicemail saying he could be @ my house in 17 minutes. When I had finished getting my haircut I called him. It disrupted my schedule, and he was @ my house when I arrived. He gave me a brief tutorial on the Hoyer lift and left. Later that night I realized how brief his instructions were when I needed to use it.

I would have rated a 5 but my bed didn't arrive and no communication, I had to call the next morning for my order. But your associate Jacob more than made up for it most professionall, polite young adult Ive met is years which in 2025 is rare. He was so kind there was no way to be upset plus im just not a guy who gets upset over something simple but hats off Jacob I hope they appreciate you because you would be recognized anywhere and promoted; thank you sir!
