I must say that Dee is super fantastic! Dee explained everything that needed to be explained about the new machine how it’s gonna help me what was causing my concerns in which head piece that he recommend was important. However, your receptionist is a horrible employee and the reason why I say this she’s very sarcastic, rude and has no professionalism. I was advised to come back and bring my other machine to get set up. She pointed out that Dee did not explain that to her, and I said yes, cause Dee wanted me to give him the machine personally. how come it was very sarcastic, Kurtz you make me feel like I’m not worthy of being a customer for Major Medical. I even asked her if she was having a good day she said argue. The combativeness was very unnecessary. I really hope that she realize that she puts herself in this position by applying for that receptionist job or whatever her title is I do apologize. Moreover, she’s the first face than any customer sees and interact with. Maybe she’s not at her best element. I’m not sure but it definitely is a discouragement for myself to continue business with your company on a good note. Mr. D is super great.

My O2 was delivered quickly. Everyone was helpful, especially the delivery man. And he brought exacty what I requested.
