My first time dealing with them was to get oxygen delivered so my mom could get released from the hospital. Kaiser's discharge planner requested my help since he wasn't getting any results. She had to stay at Kaiser 3 additional days due to their inability to get oxygen delivered. I am now on day 6 of calling repeatedly because my mom's oxygen concentrator failed. I keep getting told it's out for delivery yet it still has not been delivered. I'm spending hours on the phone calling and holding so far with no concentrator for my mom. The extra bottles are long exhausted so she's stuck with the large home model unless it develops a problem in which case the only alternative is the hospital or potential death.

Great. The person {Esse} who took care of us was outstanding in solving my multiple problems. It is very obvious that she knows and loves her work.

Day 3 hours of wasted time waiting on a bed to be delivered. Same story 3 days in a row, on schedule for delivery today. I’m not sure if it’s normal or not but it’s annoying and a waste of time and energy.

We called before 8am for a new oxygen concentrator and to get back up tank filled. Called around 2pm and they said they had until 9pm. Called again at 825 pm said to wait until 9pm then call them back. Called back at 907pm they said it would be delivered between 10pm and 2am. Called at 2am they said probably would not be delivered until tomorrow. Meanwhile my husband is using a portable oxygen concentrator I bought and because he uses 4 liters of oxygen 24 hours aday he is struggling. Terrible service they better hot electricity does not go out.
