I have been trying to locate them by phone more than 3 weeks now. And the response is not acceptable. I need oxygen supply and they keep telling me to contact another company,while they're still responsible for my supplies. By 4:30 they stop answering their phone,when you call them you have to wait for an answer and the phone hung up. They don't care about their customers.

Quick to respond to requests for service

Hateful ignorant people we're forced to speak to. Phones ring endlessly and often go unanswered. No one returns emails or phone calls. Incorrect information given. Crazy billing procedures. Money deducted from the bank on odd days each month and differing amounts. In March I was debited once then sent an email for two more bills owed for March. This March email was the one and only emailed bill I ever received. I had to shut down my debit card to stop you from taking three payments in one month! With the exception of the very very nice equipment delivery man this is either an incredibly poorly run company or really just a run of the mill dishonest and uncaring entity.

Mark was exceptional. His knowledge and expertise were invaluable to me. The fact that he also uses a CPap and gave me first-hand insight regarding what to expect and tips for adjusting to wearing a CPap were incredibly helpful! He is suich an asset to Adapthealth and I look forward to talking to him again in the future concerning any questions I have and keeping up with supplies!
