Tech was great knows what she is doing

The technician texted me to let me know when he would be to my home. He arrived about 5 minutes early But that was great. He came in turned on the machine and decided to swap out my Bi - Pap to a new one. Was very polite, he had great manners, he finished then he left. He here only 15 minutes total. I called to have oxygen equipment picked up and needed it done today. Thomas showed up at 5:00 pm, and took the equipment as requested. Appreciate the prompt response.

It was a very smooth, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable meeting to be able to pick up the CPAP. This is a process that can be intimidating and you guys made it very simple and easy for my husband! Thank you for really caring!
