Apart from a pack of lies on delivery and a three month wait for my product (cash registers) and having to resort to contact with Washing State Attorney Generals office before resolution of problems. Will never ever use this company again. I should have read the remarks from other disappointed customers and had I done that I would saved myself a lot of frustration. I don’t think that have ever been lied to so much on delivery schedules and promises.

We received an email on November 17, 2019 saying our typewriter had shipped. But it is now January 3, 2020 and our typewriter still has not arrived. We sent a message to Ace before Christmas, asking why our typewriter has not arrived. But we have received no reply. I'm sorry to say that we've been taken in a big way. Our money is gone and we have no typewriter.

Where’s the 0 star? Ordered product, got a call, out of stock. Went with another model. 2 months later received a generic non-brand (no name) version of that product that didn’t look up to par quality wise. Contacted AceDepot. Wanted me to take a pic of it working (I refused, also never took the generic junk unit out of the box once I opened it to realize I was scammed). Said if I don’t contact the manufacturer first and if it it works, it’s a $25 restock fee and I have to pay for shipping back. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PRODUCT. PERIOD. JUNK. SO GENERIC, NO BRAND NAME ANYWHERE ON THE SCALE. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A RESTOCK FEE AND SHIPPING BACK FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE?? I’m arguing this now..no success yet...still arguing, no success yet. They make money off of restock fees. Search ‘AceDepot reviews’ in a search engine. Bad results. Lesson learned on my part. AceDepot should be named ScamCallPoPo. Run, run, from this scam.

Ordered a rolodex item. They called and said they were out of 250 card holders and had the 300 card holder. They didn't mention that it was not a rolodex item instead a very cheaply made item that wasn't an equivalent. Yet they charged me the price for rolodex. I called to return and never received the RMA. Terrible company do not use!

Terrible company. Did not ship the item that I ordered. It looks used.

The product would not work right out of the box. I need to return it. Will Acedepot provide a return label for me?
