They bought my register off ebay and refurbished pcr-t2000 and said it got damaged on shipping returned me a different register Serial number different got there money back got my register and I got partial payment and a broken register then I filled charges and he said he was on vacation now im going to sue his ass ...total scammer

Placed an order and received a confirmation. 11 days later, still not received. Checked tracking number given and it was for a shipment headed to the other end of the country. Called to see what was going on. They told me they would look into it. I then received this email: " Your order is not shipped yet and it's not even charged. We just got an update from our warehouse that the price have been revised by the manufacturer to $44.50. Please advise if it's ok to ship." Price I ordered at 11 days ago was $21.93!

Ordered a daisywheel for my typewriter. It arrived defective I called immediately and was told I would receive instructions for return/replacement. Received nothing and months later I was threatened that they would run another charge since I cancelled my payment upon receiving the defective product unless I returned the product at my cost. I did so at a cost of $17.18. BEWARE of this company which also goes by PopPop Machines.

AceDepot is connected to USA Office Machine, handles their communication, and manages their orders. They have deceitful and abusive practices. Check the reviews of USA Office Machine, which are much worse than what appears under AceDepot even though it's the same company.

They do bait and switch. Say product is in stock then send product that isn't even close. Claim it is the same. It's not. They have your money and could care less. Please Please never order from this illegitimate firm. Dont get burned like me

This company is pulling Bait and Switch. They sell products known to be discontinued to get your money, and then email you to switch you to a different inferior product. They fiddle around for a month, stalling, and when you demand your product, the second switch occurs when they ship you an even more inferior product. Then they will stop returning your emails and won't answer the phone. If you complain at the BBB, they lie. Then they send you an RMA demanding that you pay to ship back a product you didn't order, PLUS 25% restocking fees. See? Their whole business model is gouging the 25% restocking fee. No matter what they make money. Report them to the state of NJ Consumer Affairs and the County of Bergen Consumer Affairs. Fight fraud. Don't give in to their tactics.

SCAMMERS!!!!

What a scam company. Placed order for a time card employee machine. After a month of them charging our card, we finally received the product, a month or so later. Product didn't work from the begging. We called and emailed several times with no help from there customer service. Finally gave up after a month, and shipped there no good product back. The address they used on there packing slip was not any good so it was returned back to us, and then shipped back to another address that I was finally able to get from one of there representatives. But they never issued a refund. Disputed charges with my credit card company, twice, showed all the proof of return and trying to have the issued resolved, and we had to pay for it any ways, because of Ace Depot policies, that tells you a lot about a company. They sent a bad product, took our many, and could care less about the customer, as they never call back when leaving them a message and never respond to the emails sent. Another lesson learned, the hard way. Don't buy anything from this company, unless you plan on throwing away money.
