Ordered something said the model was no longer available. Then asked if i would like the upgraded model instead. I asked how many of them they had in stock and I was told 10. I said give me 6 of them. 3 got shipped right away and then it took over a month for 3 more to come in after several phone calls. Also some of the models were damaged. They were packaged very poorly and didn't survive transport.

This transaction was not ideal, but Ace Depot was diligent in correcting the issues. The incorrect item was initially shipped, and there were some difficulties in obtaining the correct replacement. However, Ace Depot and eCommerce Manager Palak Kapasi in particular were always apologetic, cooperative, and attentive. Some internal problems were identified, which Ace Depot is currently working to correct to further improve customer service going forward. The mark of good service is not only in avoiding problems but even more in how problems are addressed. While the problems with this order were frustrating at the time, they were completely addressed and the issue entirely resolved. Thanks to Ace Depot and especially manager, Palak, for their hard work in resolving this order.

I had ordered a cash register from them back on March. Only to no hear back from them for 2 weeks on whether the cash register was shipped or not. When I finally tried to call them, they said that the cash register that I ordered (which is still currently posted on their website as available) is discontinued and they no longer had it. I decided to cancel my order. I was informed I would receive the refund in 48-72 hours. It is 2 months later, at least 10 phone calls and 6 emails in the process, and have still not receive my refund. Every time I call, someone says that they will do it immediately, and I should receive my refund in the next 48 hours. I have even been told that I would receive a confirmation when it happens. Never ever received any confirmation, and have yet to see a refund. I feel like I have been cheated, would NOT recommend them to anyone. Update- Finally got my refund from them after calling back a few more times and calling my credit card company to get them to help contact them as well.

Thank you for posting the update. Please note: Even with the change in management, and striving daily to monitor our numbers and address customer concerns, not 100% of our orders go perfectly. However, please see some of the details I have provided below… All we ask is you take a look at our legitimate reviews which can be viewed here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aag/main/ref=olp_merch_rating_1?ie=UTF8&asin=B004I2IFEO&isAmazonFulfilled=0&seller=A2G59EH67IJRRV FYI: We have been in business for over 23 years with over 400,000 customers with a complaint ration of .001. We stand by all our customers and would do nothing to jeopardize this. Even still, if you feel Yelp or any other review website is a fair site to review a business that is not in the service-based industry but rather more centrally focused to online retail like Office Depot or Shoplet--please see this: http://yelp-sucks.com/. Furthermore, Yelp tends to attract customers ready to post negative reviews, and it is a fact. We have over 14,000 positive comments, but again there are those who focus on 18 negative reviews. Is that honestly fair? Other such companies like this one and BBB require a paid membership to publicly defend ourselves. So even after resolving any issue, the rating still stands and there is NOTHING we can do about it unless we PAY UP. We know we’re not perfect. But, every company in America has negative posts. What determines the value of a company is how that company fixes the issues due to human error, which we strive to do on a daily basis. And to add to that, our positives FAR outweigh our negatives. I hope you can see this! Here is a prime example: http://www.consumeraffairs.com/cable_tv/comcast_cable.html I think you can agree that people normally do not go out of their way to post positives. I believe this is a perfect example as every comment is negative---is Comcast a bad company? No! Do they have millions of customers? YES! Their complaint ration is similar to ours about .0001%. Regardless, we wouldn’t have such high scores on public marketplaces if we weren’t honoring our word: Feedback History: Feedback 30 days 90 days 365 days Lifetime Positive 96% 97% 97% 93% Neutral 0% 0% 1% 3% Negative 4% 3% 2% 3% Count 83 309 1,976 14,958 What do these mean? All we ask is to be fair, because when searching for complaints--you will always find them. But what’s important once again, what you do not see, is that every single complaint is resolved and we do everything we can to prevent them in the first place. But we’re always here to help and ready to bend over backwards to serve our customers.
