I would give 0 stars but it's not an option! I ordered 5 refurbished cash registers and I only received 1. And it was used not refurbished. The previous merchant's information and printed sales receipts were still in the register. There were taped cheat notes all over the face of the register. IT WAS USED BUT NOT REFURBISHED!!!! I call Ace Depot before the register arrived to find out what was taking so long and was told that they would check on the shipment and email me a tracking number. I got an email 3 days later telling me 2 registers had shipped. I received 1 register. NEVER RECEIVED THE OTHER 4 REGISTERS!!! I have called their 800 number and left messages regarding my order. That is right! I left multiple messages because nobody answered.

Phoned USA Office Machines (usaofficemachines.com/) prior to placing an order. Was assured that item ordered (Brother ML-300) was in-stock and was _factory refurbished_, not just used. Also was told I'd receive a tracking number within 24 hours. On second day (48 hours later), I called to inquire about tracking number-- received it later that day. The email came from Acedepot.com. The product _received_ had be sent from an E-Bay seller, not USA Office Machines or Acedepot.com, and the invoice included with the typewriter listed 64$ as the price paid for a *USED* typewriter--I'd payed USA Office Machines/Acedepot.com 199$ for the typewriter. The typewriter was packaged sufficiently in bubble-wrap, but there was also a sticker that read "USED", not "REFURBISHED". The typewriter also was incomplete, and lacked the paper feed/stand. Furthermore, I *did not receive* the two ribbons and two correction tapes I'd ordered at the same time I had purchased this typewriter (27$ plus tax and shipping). The two email messages I sent over the next two weeks went unanswered. This company is shady at best, and fraudulent at worst. I would not recommend dealing with them at all.

You sent me the wrong item and never responded to a return request

I would rate AceDepot/Ace Office Machines zero or minus stars if possible. On July 31, 2019, I ordered 7 boxes of Ampad Envirotech 60lb. Catalog Envelopes, Side Seam, 9 x 12, Kraft, 110/Box ESS19706 from Ace Office Machines. I received a receipt via email that day for Order Number ACE-1421, showing that the cost of the envelopes was $109.83, and shipping was $22.29, for a total of $132.12. On August 5, 2019, I received another email receipt from Ace Depot listing Order #52015, Company: ACE 1421, showing that the cost of the envelopes was $7.00, and shipping was $125.12, for a total of $132.12. I thought that was strange, but the amount was correct, so I didn’t follow up. However, I noticed that the zip code was incorrect (probably due to an input error on my part), so I called 800-844-0962 to correct the zip code. I was told that the package hadn’t been mailed, because of the zip code error, but it would be mailed to me soon. The charges of $132.12 were posted to my MasterCard account on August 11, 2019, with a transaction date of August 7, 2019: When the envelopes arrived on August 23, I was out of town. When we returned home on September 2, I realized that I had ordered the wrong item. I emailed Ace Depot immediately, requesting information on how to return the envelopes. I had to follow up several times by email and telephone and finally received a Return Authorization Number on September 11, 2019. I was told to mail the box to the following address and reply to the email with the tracking number: Ace Depot, Attn: RA # 520105, 159 Paris Ave Northvale, NJ 07647. On September 11, I sent an email to Ace Depot saying I had mailed the envelopes that day with the UPS tracking number. It was recorded as having arrived at Ace Depot on September 16, 2019, received by Lou. Because the email with the RA number said that the refund could take “up to 7 business days to process and inspect your return with an additional 7-14 days to process a refund,” I waited until October 16 to follow up. Since then, I have called and emailed several times. During the various phone calls, I have been told verbally that a refund of $82.34 ($109.83 minus a 25% restocking fee) had been processed, had not been processed, would be processed, had been processed, and would be processed within 24 hours (after I had to give them my credit card number again on November 11, as so many days had passed since I purchased the items). I have also left several voicemails with John Smith in Accounting (x 2003), but I have not heard back. To date, I have not received the refund due me. I have referred the case to my credit card provider in hopes of achieving some satisfaction. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I would give you a negative rating if that were an option. What a horrible experience! I thought I was ordering from USA Office Machines and it turns out to be the dastardly Ace Depot!! You charged my account on Dec. 19 and I still do not have my order on Jan. 3. Tracking number says it has not even been given to UPS. Sales rep. I spoke with said there is a "different tracking number" and he would send it within the hour. It is now at least 2 hours later and still no tracking number. I think my only recourse is to ask Visa for a chargeback. Unless you need to get your blood pressure up; do not deal with this company!

They sent the wrong product, won't send me the right product, won't return my calls, won't refund me my money, and I have to dispute the charge on my credit card. They are terrible and that's putting it lightly.

Sent an Epson 845 printer without power cable, it was to replace existing 845; powered up and found that it didn't print all colors. notified yet they keep blowing off. returned, attorney and I awaiting refund; Texas Attorney Generals Ofc informed of this internet fraud/theft?

It took over 6 weeks to get my order! I didn't actually order from ACEDEPOT I ordered from USAOFFICEMACHINES. I felt like I got the run around. The three printers that I ordered all came from different places, including a residential address, in unmarked boxes.
