Very satisfied with the service we got from AceDepot. I purchased two used cordless phones. One of the phones was determined to have a bad charging base. One inquiry to AceDepot was all it took to get a replacement charging base on the way! Very satisfied with the way they handled the whole process. Will buy in confidence from them again!

We had a big order +400 USD and some of the items were out of stock. The problem is that they let us know 2 days after we had placed the order, 50 $ was refunded and partial order was sent out. Case being, why this review is 4 stars.

The communication can be sometimes slow as I have waited to get answers more than 48 hours during weekdays but the service is great when it comes to shopping and delivery.

I usually find most of the things I need from here. This would be a 5 stars review if they managed to offer better discounts for bulk orders which they unfortunately don't.

I think they had some stock issues, couple of my items were replaced with similar ones but good service regardless 4/5.

Please improve your international shipping times or add some extra options at checkout. Thanks.

The shipping times needs some improvement. From time to time the orders come late or get stuck in transit and I have to chase them through postal services.

Could have been slightly quicker but other than that everything was good, the products are of a high quality for sure.
