I ordered the registers, was given shipping info, and waited and waited. After finding them cheaper elsewhere and canceling it from Ace(they still had not shipped), I get a notification two weeks later that they are shipping.

I was quite happy with my order from Ace Depot. However the shipping wasn’t inexpensive. I didn’t order anything heavy. I did receive my order quickly though.

I TRIED ORDERING A BROTHER PRINTER FOR OUR OFFICE, AFTER 2 WEEKS THE PRINTER TRACKING WAS SHOWING THAT THE PRINTER HAD NEVER LEFT THEIR ADDRESS. I CALLED AND THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE WITH TOOK MY INFO DOWN AND SAID HE WOULD GIVE ME A CALL BACK. SEVERAL DAYS LATER I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL, I THEN CALLED THEM AND WAS TOLD IT GOT MISPLACED IN THE SHIPPING AREA AND GAVE ME NEW TRACKING. I THEN WAITED AGAIN FOR SEVERAL MORE DAYS AND AGAIN THE TRACKING SHOWED THE PRINTER STILL HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED OUT. AFTER GOOGLING THEIR REVIEWS I FOUND THAT THIS WAS A COMMON PRACTICE SO I THEN CANCELED THE ORDER THROUGH OUR CREDIT CARD. TOOK ALMOST A MONTH OF DEALING WITH THEM AND FOUND THE PRINTER CHEAPER ELSEWHERE AND RECEIVED IT IN 3 DAYS.

I would not buy anything from this company. Their customer service is possibly the worst I have ever seen. I wanted to process a return because their merchandise I bought was not what was pictured. Their return process is so convoluted and impossible and they charge you to restock an item that WAS NOT WHAT WAS PICTURED. Stupid.

You substituted a different product than the one I ordered. I talked to Christy on 12/17/19 about issuing a return slip. She said her boss had to do that and that he would send the return slip in 7-10 business days. I have received nothing. So now I have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge, which I will certainly do. If you'd like your unsatisfactory and unauthorized substituted product back then issue the return slip and credit my card, because either way you're not getting paid.

I will never order from this site again it a Rip-Off .charge 20 dollar Shipping for a 5 dollar item.

I never received my package. They never mailed it. A total sham company.

I have never heard back from customer service. I was told that the register that I ordered would be shipped to us and we never received it. I need information and your records checked if I was credited back for my purchase. Please advise on the status of my order. If it even was shipped? I need to confirm these things so I can give you a proper review.
