Will never order online from u guys and I will make sure I will tell my friends too!! Wrong advertise and false promises and shipped da order even was canceled and send da rusted cash register and charging for da new register 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Horrible. Liers. Shipped me a broken wrong item. Wouldnt ship me the right one or refund me. Just kept giving me the run around.

Instruction manual came in French, Spanish and German. Ich spreche nicht Deutsch. Yo no hablo español. Je ne parle pas français.

A full week after placing my order for paper, I was emailed asking to call, and was told my item was discontinued. I agreed to a similar replacement, and was notified another full week later that it shipped. Thanks to their slow and bungling service I had to have my presentation printed at an outside vendor to make my meeting date. I doubt they'll get any more business from me.

A week after I got a notice that the dazey wheel had shipped. I was notified that it was back ordered. It took several weeks to get it

Disappointed. I placed my initial order 11/26/19 a few days later they said the price was mis-marked and had to pay more than advertised. Today is 01/03/2020 I still have not recieved my order or status .

Despite having called Customer Service on three separate occasions to address a representation made by one of their salesmen that turned out to be untrue, Customer Service failed to follow through to address the problem until I demanded to talk with the Customer Service supervisor on the third call. As a result of this poor and unsatisfactory experience, I do not intend to do any more business with this company.

Ace Depot's inaction has resulted in my order being in limbo. It has neither been fulfilled or cancelled as requested.
