I've used 4ALL Voyager (2 of them) for over 2 years now. I have to keep Humira autoinjectors and several 5ml bottles of additional refrigerated medicine cool. I use them when I travel and at home when out fir the day. When traveling say to/ from Europe I can use the gelbottle which seems to work well for 24+ hrs(depending upon environmental temp) and can switch to electric whenever needed. Their customer support is super with a live HUMAN on chat not a bot!

I just ordered the Nomad cooler for my up coming trip. I needed some information and chatted with Diana. She was extremely pleasant, knew exactly what I needed and helped me with my order. I put in the wrong shipping address and she was able to help me change that. Diana was very helpful!!! Great people and company.

My items were delivered and the emergency container was delivered with no lid. , making it completely unusable. Customer service offered a refund but I B really need the lid. So it’s kind of a bummer that they wouldn’t have any to send out and could only offer a small refund. Yes, better than nothing, but for what we pay for this product, I’m thinking something should change with this.
