J'avais fait moi-même une erreur dans ma commande et tout a été résolu rapidement grâce à l'aide du Customer Support Team. Un grand merci pour votre aide rassurante, votre compréhension et votre professionnalisme.

Fast response. Service issue resolved without hassle. Received replacement unit fairly promptly.

I had an excellent experience with 4AllFamily. I ordered the Nomad Pro Big for an imminent international trip, assuming delivery would take the advertised 4–5 working days. I hadn't realised that if the product was not in stock in the UK, delivery could take considerably longer. Once I contacted their customer service, they went above and beyond to ensure I received it in time for my trip. Their communication was prompt, efficient, and highly professional throughout. I ordered two coolers to be safe, and as a suggestion from 4allfamily. When I no longer needed the spare one, the return process was straightforward and I received a full refund without any issues. The Nomad Pro Big performed exceptionally well. I used it to transport my medication during a journey of over 24 hours. At one point, before boarding a short connecting flight, airport security asked me to remove the medication for inspection. Naturally, the temperature briefly rose above 8°C while the cooler was open, but it quickly returned to the correct temperature once it was closed again. That gave me great confidence that my medication remained protected throughout the journey. I would not hesitate to purchase from 4AllFamily again and would highly recommend both their products and their outstanding customer service to anyone who needs to transport valuable temperature-sensitive medications safely while travelling.

After I asked my question, I got an email from Customer Service within 15 minutes giving me the information I needed to make a good decision on what I needed. I asked another question and the same person replied—that doesn’t always happen with CS but I appreciated the effort.

I am a senior and in all my years of working with companies in the US and Canada I have never had such a wonderful, positive experience. They emailed promptly, addressed my concerns and provided an excellent solution to my medical needs. All the information they provided was followed through with. An excellent medical product, kept my expensive medication at the proper temperature and now I can travel stress free :)

I purchased The Voyager unit to take with me when I go walk El Camino de Santiago de Compostela but after talking with my doctor I was informed my insulin pens do not have to be refrigerated unless they are exposed to room temperatures longer than 50 days. Since my walk is in late September when temperatures aren't so hot and because the unit and power pack would be unnecessary added weight, I decided to return them. Customer service was very helpful and accommodating in that process and, unlike most companies on line, I didn't have to argue or fight for a refund. It's a great product but since I didn't need it I thought it best to return it.
