Ma commande est arrivée en bon état et je suis très satisfaite des produits achetés. La livraison de ma glacière "voyager"a été très rapide (sous 48h). La livraison de la batterie externe a mis plus de temps (15jours) à cause du départ du colis via la Chine aéroport (je navais pas eu connaissance de cette info lors de la validation de ma commande). Mais j'ai pu compter sur le service client France avec qui jai communiqué par mail et qui est vraiment super, à notre écoute, et très efficace et rapide pour suivre de leur côté plus pertinemment mon colis en direct.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional customer service – above and beyond! I ordered a container to safely carry my injections abroad, but realised it might not arrive in time for my departure, given the stated 6–12 day lead time. I contacted Diana in customer service, who immediately went the extra mile by liaising with the logistics team. She explained that my chosen colour was on back order, but that if I switched to red, delivery could be arranged within 3–4 days. I agreed, and incredibly, I am now expecting my order today – just one day after my interaction with Diana! What an outstanding service and what a fantastic company. It is clear that they genuinely put their customers first, going above and beyond to find a solution rather than simply accepting that the original delivery timeframe could not be met. This experience has far exceeded my expectations, especially as this was my first interaction with the company. A huge thank you to Diana and the brilliant logistics team for their efficiency, communication and willingness to help. I would highly recommend this company. If my first experience is anything to go by, they truly understand what excellent customer service looks like!

Sono rimasta piacevole sorpresa da questa azienda. Ho acquistato un frigo Voyager mini ed è arrivato con la scatola rovinata anche dentro. Ho scritto all'assistenza ed immediatamente mi hanno contattata per cercare una soluzione. In pratica il giorno seguente me ne hanno inviato uno nuovo chiedendomi anche quanto fosse urgente la consegna perché nel caso avrebbero effettuato una consegna espressa. Cinque stelle tutte meritate per quanto riguarda gentilezza, disponibilità, cura del cliente, professionalità e servizio clienti efficientissimo. ❤️

Excellent products and excellent quick customer service !

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional customer service we received from 4AllFamily, particularly from Angelo, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We initially purchased two medium Nomad Pro coolers, but subsequently discovered that the larger Nomad Pro Big would better suit our needs. As we live in Australia, arranging the return of the original coolers and organising an international replacement could easily have become a complicated and stressful experience. Instead, Angelo went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and straightforward as possible. He patiently guided us through the return arrangements, organised our replacement Nomad Pro Big and spare Biogel ice pack, and kept us informed with genuinely warm, thoughtful and reassuring emails. What made this experience particularly special was that Angelo understood this wasn’t simply an ordinary purchase. We needed a reliable cooler to transport my husband’s temperature -sensitive medication during an upcoming overseas holiday. He recognised how important this was to us and treated our concerns with genuine care and understanding. At no point did we feel like an inconvenience. Quite the opposite! Angelo’s kindness, patience, professionalism and willingness to find the best possible solution were outstanding. Our Nomad Pro Big and spare Biogel have now arrived safely, and we are delighted with them.
