Classic Bait and Switch.
Their "precision" genetic test report does not provide your specific genetic results or any precision of any kind that links your genetics to nutrition advice. They do not provide your actual genetic testing results, e.g. your SNPs or genetic trait variants that impact health and nutrition. The report only offers very generalized commentary on nutrition recommendations, which are essentially standard nutrition advice to anyone (e.g., low sugar, no gluten, etc.). The report does not link back to your specific gene traits or help you understand how your genetics tie back to their nutrition advice. It is a basic AI generated report with no helpful information. This report is not worth $10, let alone $1,200. The report is just turns into a sales pitch to get you to buy their supplements. Classic bait and switch. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

I have had such an incredible experience with Andrew he was simply wonderful. I bought 3 supplements, 2 kinds of methylene blue and the pre workout tastes absolutely great and works with no jitters. Super happy with everything!!

10X Health has changed my life!!! I am on the road of no diabetes, thyroid and hormone issues!!!! I recommend anyone who wants to get their health under control and get off of the terrible drugs that normal doctors give you and replace it with what your body actually needs…. Contact them asap!!!

DNA tested in Austria
The company does not disclose that they own the lab that does the testing and IT'S IN AUSTRIA. Customers should know that their DNA is being handled outside of the country.

UPDATED: I paid for the genetics report
After posting the following review, I received a call from a person at the company who was able to help me and Iam so grateful. He was helpful, polite and very patient. I now have everything I need and its just what I needed. Once I "found" them, the customer service here was exemplary! I ordered the genetics report and the nutritional report after listening to Gary Brecka's podcast in fall of 2024. I received the nutrition report but despite many emails, phone calls (all to the wrong place apparently!) I've never been able to access my genetics report. I actually need it and paid A LOT of money for it. Can anyone help me????????

I really value Joseph White ,he makes the communication easy . He is always responding and helpful. Dr Brooks is also amazing ,she takes her time and you can see she cares about people .The availability of a wide range of supplements , peptides, hormones , medicine makes it easy to access everything in one place .

It’s very disheartening that Gary Brecka can take advantage of the population of the audience that listens to his interviews So many unhappy customers, it sounds like the 400 pages book is generated by AI, how sad this world has become. I hope he gets fined and stops taking advantage of good people. Shame on you. I’m sure to pass it on to everyone I mentioned you to. I’m literally disgusted. Enjoy your Miami home with all your toys. I hope people sue you and your fake company.
