You did the test as you said you would
You did the test as you said you would. It would have been nice to know before paying you 600 dollars that you can't give any real info or advise on anyone under the age of 18

All other experiences I’ve had with 10x…
All other experiences I’ve had with 10x 5 stars. I use many products from 10x this was only my second order of the Amino Acid. Though sealed moisture affected the product. Customer service was great and easy. I provided pictures of the product lot number and contents they are shipping another soon. Thank you

I have been taking the collagen…
I have been taking the collagen peptides for about 6 weeks now, I have seen an increase of health in my nails they are stronger and look a lot better. No change in my hair but I know that takes longer.i am pleased with the taste and how quickly it dissolved.delivery was fast and to order was easy

My automated subscription shipment…
Update: customer service working to rectify with me automated subscription shipment arrived after 10 days of running out. I had to file a case to get action to expedite. After receiving my package late, 1 of 4 vitamn bottles was not received. This is unacceptable performance for customers paying premiums.
